Monica Weaver and Matt Swank own Lupine Kennels, in Amery, WI. Monica was a cosmetologist for
16 years and switched to dog grooming 3 years ago.She has been boarding since 2005. Lupine Kennels has been open since 2000. She also has had the privelidge to work with Cocker Spaniel Resources in the past and help dogs that haven't had much human contact sometimes, get used to the human touch, grooming, walking on a leash and everyday activities. This has been a real heartwarming experience for her. Monica enjoys continuing education in pet nutrition,grooming and anything that improves the health of pets.She also enjoys taking Gucci her adopted Shih Tzu to the nursing homes for the residents to pet and hold.
Monica is Pet Grooming and Pet Hygienist Certified along with Dog and Cat CPR and First Aid Certified.
Matt is our "belly rubber" when a dog is anxious about grooming,he steps in to comfort the pooch. He also has a blast playing kickball, fetch and just walking the dogs in general.
